BOUNCING STEPS

40 minute cardio walk... DONE! Cold. Wind biting my cheeks. Rejuvenating. Body like a fresh spring, ready for action. Now, step with functional training, afterward Kettlebells... hopefully! If not, heart ripping run on the treadmill. Feels soooo damn good to be back and filled with tons of energy and zest!
