- Tuesday: AM-Chest & Triceps.
- Wednesday: AM-Legs & Calves. PM-Kickboxing. IndoorWalking (instructing).
- Thursday: AM-Shoulders & Abs. PM-Pad & Bag work with cardio.
- Friday: REST!
- Saturday: AM-Jump + Crunch + IndoorWalking (instructing).
- Sunday:PM- Martial Arts self-defence class.
